Anne Morrow Lindbergh (born June 22, 1906 in Englewood, New Jersey) was a writer who was best known for becoming the first woman in the US to earn a glider pilot's license and served as navigator on a transcontinental flight with her husband, Charles Lindbergh. Anne died on February 7, 2001 and her death was because of a stroke and pneumonia. She died at age 94.
