Steven Wynn Kubby (born December 28th, 1946 in El Paso, Texas) was an Activist who was best known for helping to draft a California proposition was a ballot initiative to legalize medical marijuana . Steven died on November 20th, 2022 and his death was possibly because of cancer. He was 75 years old.
